Hi.
My name is Ben and I live in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama. I am trying to learn Japanese but don't have the chance to practice in my daily life so am now looking for a Japanese exchange partner. In exchange I'm happy to chat in either German or English. I'm fluent in both.
I would prefer to meet in person but would be open to trying online as well if you live too far away.
Something about me: I came to Japan in 2017 and am planning to live here long-term. I live in Tsuzuki-ku because my daughters (9 and 11) go to the German school here. My wife is Japanese and we met in China, but because she prefers speaking English with me I don't have the opportunity to practice my Japanese with her. I enjoy skiing and other sports, as well as good food and wine, traveling, video games, and books. I used to own a small coffee roaster until last year and am now trying to setup an AirBnB in Furano, Hokkaido.
